Digital Goods & License Agreement
By purchasing software licenses or enrolling in courses from LineUpYourDucks.com, you agree to the following terms:
License Grant
Each HSAA license key is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and valid for individual user deployment as specified at purchase.
Intellectual Property
All software, proprietary audit logic, video content, and documentation remain the exclusive property of LineUpYourDucks. Unauthorized distribution, reverse engineering, or sharing of master course assets is strictly prohibited.
Refund Policy (Software & Academy Purchases)
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If HSAA or the Academy content does not meet your expectations, contact us within 14 days for a full refund.
Please: no “tyre kicking” or buyer's regret. If you have any issues or queries, please use our Contact and Support page to get in touch before you buy. Customer satisfaction comes first with us. We have the old maxim about the customer always being right front-of-mind, and if something is wrong we will do our best to put it right. As far as we can, we would prefer to keep you as a satisfied customer: if not, then to see you go with no hard feelings. We value your goodwill more than your money.
Privacy Policy
Please note that we do NOT pass your details to anyone except where required to do so by law. We store only the information we need to register and validate you as a member. Otherwise, we treat your privacy and information with the care and respect it deserves. We may periodically aggregate our client information to improve our service and marketing, but we do nothing to track individuals and individual accounts, or help anybody else track them.
Partner Services
Subscriptions or third-party tools accessed via external partner links are subject to the third-party provider's respective T&C's, refund and privacy policies.
